School management evaluation

This online-tool helps school leaders and school management teams to reflect on their own performance and identify areas for improvement. The feedback provided by staff members can help leaders to better understand how their actions and decisions are perceived by others, and to make adjustments as necessary. Overall, SEP-Klassik is a valuable tool for school leaders looking to improve their leadership skills and create a positive school environment for both staff and students. It is easy to use, customizable, and provides valuable feedback that can lead to meaningful improvements. The English version of the questionnaire has been developed by the ISQ in cooperation with the John F. Kennedy School Berlin.

In order to conduct a schoolmanagement survey, registration on the German site is required. Please note that if you have previously registered on the English site, a new registration on the German site is necessary, using a different email address.
